Would highly recommend. Good location, very quiet, near green Prater, bus stop and subway. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, even the pull-out couch. Furniture is well maintained, amenities as well. The entire building is very clean. Stayed there for one month, and as long as you know what to expect, the stay is more than pleasant. It is not a typical hotel, you have to clean the room yourself, change the beds and towels.
The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful - you can ask whatever you need and she will accommodate. For example, there were no bed side lamps in the bedroom, we asked and got them. Just make sure to observe the office hours. She is not there the entire day. Checking in outside the office hours is not a problem, there is a hotelomat in the lobby which works just fine.
The pool is a very nice bonus, especially in the hot summer. Must mention the extremely clean water, the pool gets cleaned every morning.
No air conditioning; depending on the weather, it can get quite hot during summer. They have floor fans available, though.
