Check-in Details
Check-in is possible Monday to Friday between 2:30 and 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
Check-out is possible Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 10:30 am and Saturday from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
If you happen to arrive outside of these times, you can check in directly with our automatic access machine at our locations OrchideenPark and Danube Lodge. At the other locations there is a keybox where your access card or key is provided. Please have a valid ID ready for your check-in!
Payment for the first 30 nights is made right at the time of check-in, before the room key is handed over. Your room card can also be used to open the entrance door. If you plan to stay less than 30 nights here, the entire stay will be charged to you at the time of check-in. The cost of the final cleaning will also be charged as soon as you move in.
Handling of the automatic access machine:
- Touch the screen and follow the instructions
- Choose a language & click on arrival with reservation
- Enter name or reservation number & double-check you reservation information
- Sign by using the electronic pen
- Select the number of room cards and remove your room card and receipt
